Our online store only accepts Paypal for the payment of your order. If you haven't already got one, a Paypal account is very easy to establish. Simply visit www.paypal.com.au and follow the online instructions to sign up.

 

If you prefer to pay with another method (EFT, Cheque or Credit Card) then you will need to phone our office for priority service. Please have the appropriate part numbers ready. Please contact us by one of the methods on the Contact page.

 

 

All prices on our website are GST Inclusive. You will receive a Tax Invoice with your order as it is shipped.

 

 

All items for sale on our website are in Australian Dollars.

 

 

We ship your order out with Startrack Express or Australia Post. If you prefer to use your own courier, please notify the Bylong representative when you place your order. Please phone our office to trace the progress of your order.

 

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours of the receipt of your order or payment (in the case of non-account customer sales). If a line is out of stock or only partly available, we will contact you first before proceeding any further.

 

 

We offer a standard 12 month warranty on faulty items. If you believe that an item purchased from us is faulty and all reasonable attempts have been made to troubleshoot the problem, contact our office for further assistance.

 

 

If you are a customer that will be purchasing ongoing or one off large quantities of any of our products, please contact our office as we would be only too happy to offer you price discounts.
